“My father-in-law passed away and the unfortunate circumstances of his passing meant his body went undiscovered for about 10 days. The condition of his apartment wasn't good to begin with and with his body in such a state of decomposition there was no way we could get in to clean it ourselves. We contacted a few companies that handle this kind of clean-up and Bio Recovery was by far the best fit for us. They quoted a price for the clean up that was far and away the most reasonable and made it out there the very next day. The team of Roy and Junior came and worked for nearly 12hrs and went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Everyone I spoke with was polite, sympathetic, responsive to my e-mails and calls and when they were done you wouldn't have had any idea of the occurrence save for the pieces of floor and wall they needed to cut out. These cuts/removals were absolutely necessary but they did them in a way that would make replacement a very easy task.I hope to never have to go through a situation like this again but if I do I know I can rely on Bio Recovery to help me get through it.”
