“Coach Juan provides a great atmosphere for those who are new and experienced in the art of Muay Thai. Class generally starts off with calisthenics for a few rounds then onto the bags. Such a great opportunity to work on your form while coach walks around providing you with insight on how you can continue to grow. Once you start to get your body nice and warmed up the drills begin with a partner which you work with for the duration of class. Every class is ended with a nice stretch and a team feeling.
