He came out quickly for walk through, sent us an estimate within a few day and was very fair in his pricing. Bruce removed paneling from our stairs and hallway, hung new sheetrock with spackling and sanding, had a painter paint our lower level, and installed new front and screen doors. “This home depot offers a wide variety of home improvement products, including building materials, tools, gardening equipment, appliances, and home decor. The store layout is well-organized and easy to navigate, with clearly labeled sections for different categories of products. I came here to pick up dirt, and house plants. The prices here were very reasonable compared to other similar stores in the area. Due to how organized and well-kept this store is I was able to find what I needed as soon as I walked into the store. However, there was two bakers rack in the gardening section that had plants on it which smelled terrible! Oh my goodness, that corner smelled like pee. Not sure if it was bird poop since I saw 2 birds flying around in that area! I purchased two bags of soil, snake plant, peace Lilly, and I forgot the name of the third plant (LOL!). The staff here were knowledgeable and help when I asked them a couple questions about what are good indoor plants that requires low light and a little maintenance. The gentleman that was working in the checkout area helped by speeding up my check out process, which I greatly appreciated! I had a great experience overall and would recommend shopping here. Fast forward to today - 03/25/2023 Had another great experience here - picked up nails and joist hanger for a deck repair job. The joist hangers and nails were perfected. Thanks to the staff member that helped me find them. I also picked up a few other things.”

“Event planning can be stressful, but Michael Andrews came through and went above and beyond! We had a two-night event hosted at Foursquare in NYC that entailed group presentations and a panel of judges. The venue's limited tech capabilities (could only provide 2 mics) along with a less than helpful POC were stress points, but our technician David was a life saver. He came prepared with every type of wiring/equipment just in case to make the tech components work seamlessly. The Foursquare tech person was adamant that their mics couldn't be integrated into the AV equipment that Michael Andrews had brought, but he was quickly proven wrong. David handled what could have been a contentious moment with poise and grace. Furthermore, David went above and beyond by accommodating whatever preferences we desired and checked in to make sure he came early for the second night's event. Will on the service side is also wonderful to work with! He was able to accommodate a change in timeline the night before and was responsive to both texts/phone calls. I intend to hire Michael Andrews for future events!”
