“A family member had a serious fall & was sent directly to Cooper. The Dr’s, Nurses & Techs were very kind in the ER & took excellent care of him. When he was transferred upstairs every one was equally kind. The next day the Dr’s & surgeons were patient & kind. The hospital is clean & bright. The room was beautiful & big. It felt less like a hospital room & more like a bedroom which put him at ease. Whenever he had to hit the call button they were in his room in less than 5 minutes. The registrars, security staff & cafeteria staff were all pleasant & helpful. We’re so pleased with his treatment. There’s another closer hospital, but I’d gladly travel a little farther to come to Cooper”
