“I mostly need to be seen by specialists, but whenever I need anything (refills to referrals) I've ALWAYS received great, quick and courteous service from the front desk and referral department employees... My insurance company won't pay for me to see the NP that I was happy with and requires I see a "doctor" at this office... Unfortunately, the female Dr has made me feel almost guilty, as though I'm faking/exaggerating my symptoms I've been experiencing since my 2nd stroke... Thankfully, I mostly just need to be seen for hospital discharge follow ups, otherwise I'd choose to be treated by other drs within the practice instead... I want the rest of the staff to know I appreciate all the help and support given me in dealing with insurance company requirements”

“I would love to reach out to a supervisor because the staff I dealt with on my surgery date were terrific and deserve recognition. The woman doing my intake could tell I was nervous, so she made pleasant small chat to put me at ease. My pre-op nurse Iris was friendly and also handled my anxiety well. The women in OR 1 that morning were fantastic. They actually talked to me while getting me set up, which was nice. My first knee surgery nobody in the OR talked to me which made it feel impersonal and cold. These women were friendly and bright, and talked to me all the way up until I was put under, no count down to stress me out. My post-op recovery nurse Harriet was fantastic. I came out of anesthesia crying, and she comforted me. While on her watch I had to use the facilities and also got sick, both of which would normally make me very embarrassed to do in front of someone. But she was so nice, nonjudgmental, and helped me every step of the way. Her kind light hearted demeanor put me at ease and made me feel safe when I was feeling vulnerable. The woman who switched off with Harriet, whose name I unfortunately do not remember because I was out of it and anxious to get home, was very knowledgeable and informed my mother in very exact detail of my post op care so there would be no questions later. Overall these women I encountered made a very scary situation for me feel much less daunting, and I truly thank them for that.”

“I had a late last minute appointment tonight due to a sudden head cold at their new location. I called at 8:30am, scheduled a 7:40pm appt. Upon walking in I was kindly greeted and was asked if I had an appt. I said yes, with Dr. Casey. Without looking anything up she said, Kristi? I say yes, and she says she's sorry I'm feeling unwell. We do the normal check in, I wait 4 mins until the med assistant calls me back. During the walk she asks how I am, and I say Great! (Bc I'm not dying) And she responds, really? You're sick! I simply say, I've felt worse. She weighs me, brings me to the room, asks about my symptoms, and 5 mins later Dr. Casey comes to the room. VERY thorough, listens to EVERYTHING I have to say, isn't annoyed by my questions or concerns, and even brought up my past visit to make sure that was taken care of. He never rushed me out or made me feel as if my questions were stupid which is how I've felt leaving after visits at a different doctor. He's the best and this new location ROCKS!”
