“Exceptional service that I didn't expect!! My trash wasn't picked up yesterday. I always put it by the curb at 7:30-7:45 before work. Never had a problem. Yesterday it wasn't picked up. Not sure why. I didn't see them come by earlier. I called and they advised me to put it by the curb the night before (fine, I get it) but I still had a full load of garbage. The guy I spoke with said he would call the company and put in a request for them to come by. I got off the phone not expecting anything BUT the same day they picked it up. It was a great surprise and really appreciate the effort to help. Thanks to public works and to the garbage company.”
