“I have called JoAnn several times and she has gotten back to me every time and has been super pleasant to speak with. There is a fox running around my neighborhood and the 2 times I called she took the time to explain the situation to me and what they could and could not do. I later called her regarding a stray kitten and she came to get the kitten very quickly and then took time to explain what would happen and what her honest thoughts were regarding the health of the kitten. I am not sure how many people are in the office with her but I know she goes out and responds to calls which means she is not always in the office and can not answer all calls. But for me, she has always called back and been pleasant to speak with. I am just sorry others did not have the experience I have had .”
