Every staff member at the county clerk's office we interacted with was welcoming, and very helpful - right from the moment we walked in, until we left. Not only did Bong officiate our wedding, he also patiently helped us through the planning and logistics of the ceremony for weeks, as we worked around all the restrictions imposed around the pandemic, and scheduling conflicts, and the primary elections too. Bong was an absolute pleasure, and a source of great support through it all - and truly helped make us feel special. He and his team even put together a gift package for us! We're extremely glad we picked the Hudson County Clerk's Office, and will wholeheartedly recommend it to any couple seeking a civil ceremony prior to a religious one, or a standalone civil ceremony.”

“Been living in Palisades Park for about a year now. Wanted to live in South Korea but it was too big of a move so I did the next best thing. It’s heaven if you like everything Korean. Saw the big political contest and saw that in a close contest Mr. Chung won. Though it’s always been a well run town, I feel like Palisades Park is now “a well oiled machine.”. To give you an example: the roads around were re-paved in about 2 weeks. Though it was inconvenient but the speed at how it was finish made me appreciate the saying “빨리, 빨리!!” (Quickly, quickly!) In Korean. Glad we have a Korean mayor and the town has given him a chance to see what we can do. Thank you for a great start to your administration and wish you and the town the best!”
