The work was very well done, his crew were hard workers putting in long hours to make sure the project got done. There is one catch, it's not entirely consistent, there are times where the chicken is 4 stars, but it's usually 5, could be oil temperature etc, i don't really know. It stays piping hot and remains crisp even after going for a ride in the car. The ribs are more than adequate, and have the milder southern style BBQ sauce with no vinegar odor. Potato wedges and crinkle cut fries are also very good.The staff are attentive and friendly as long as you're not a Yelp reviewer that expects the impossible of them. Have introduced it to several people i work with and all of them were very complimentary of the chicken's flavor.”
