I stopped by to get general information and left that same day with my unit reserved. The rates are affordable and the storage center appears to be relatively new. Teresa is a great asset to Life Storage. She is welcoming and eager to help in any way possible. She has answered all of my questions and concerns. The grounds are always neat, clean and have ample lighting. The motion sensitive lighting turns on as you enter the hall to my storage unit. The gate is always secured and requires password entry. I have a climate controlled unit and I am pleased with that as well. Thanks Life Storage for providing a great storage experience.”

I had hired another company to move me from Jackson NJ to Mt Laurel NJ I received a phone from them saying there 1 and only truck broken down and could get to me for many hours . My closing was at 12:00 it is now 9:00am . I called over 25 moving companies no one had any openings I was so upset I left a message for MS moving to call me if they could help in anyway . Jennifer returned my call and told me the truck would be there in a little while and at 1:00 they showed up packed up my furniture and off we went to my new house . The wonderful service from the first phone call was awesome . The 2 men went above and beyond for me they were so careful with everything . Thank you Ruben and MS moving company .”

“Got there early in the morning (7am) when they open. No long lines. Guy explained everything I needed to know from gas, mileage, and truck rental. I got a 10' truck. Truck was clean and drove well. Returned my truck and rental contract in the orange box. Charged the amount i assumed for the mileage driven. Pretty smooth process. No complaints here.”
