“The US side of things are better and the staff was extremely helpful to accommodate the moving of 17 boxes within a day's time. The weekly updates were also fine till it came to Chennai. Once it landed in Chennai and till it came to ICD in Bangalore, it was a mess! The local Bangalore staff however were good again. Apart from incomplete info and missing updates for the last three weeks before the inspection, everything was good.”
