The guy I spoke with was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and calmed my nerves about my first move in 11 years. Everything was very clear. The movers arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was great for me. I was pretty much ready to go, and they were too. They had estimated 5 hours to move my 1 bedroom and they got it done in under 4. They were so fast, and so strong! They each strapped multiple boxes to their backs and cleared out my old place so fast I almost couldn't believe they'd gotten everything. We got everything moved into the new place. All furniture ok, no scratching the floors, the walls, etc. It was a very successful move, and I'm really happy with how they managed it. While I hope to be moving again in the near future, I definitely know who I'll call.”
