“I lost my dog, Reese a few weeks ago. He collapsed in the middle of the night and I had to rush him somewhere. Alliance was only 10 minutes from me. When I arrived, I went in and the technician came right outside with a blanket to get Reese safely inside. I was so upset, but so at ease that he was being handled with such care! They took him right in the back to evaluate what was happening. They spent time with me, explaining what was going on with Reese. SADLY, I had to say goodbye to Reese which has been so hard. However, the delicate manner in which Dr. Holland and staff handled everything helped with the entire situation I found myself in. They were full of compassion, patience and care. They treated Reese as if he was their own! I appreciate them so much for helping us through a very difficult time. In addition, they gave me a beautiful box with his paw prints, locks of his hair and a beautiful card. Please consider Alliance Emergency if you find your fur babies in a crisis. “I visited the pharmacy today, 5/17/18. I needed to refill a critical prescription for my son. Melissa the technician was so professional, courteous and helpful. When she initially input the insurance information, it was rejected and indicated that pre-authorization was required. However there was also a note in the system that it had been pre-authorized, this absolutely made no sense. She immediately got on the phone with the insurance company and explained to them what was happening. After about 20 minutes, the script finally went through. Unfortunately, the pharmacy was out of the medication. She sensed how upset I was and proceeded to call all neighboring CVS pharmacies to inquire if they had the medication and the correct amount. Melissa went above and beyond and provided a great patient/customer experience. I will make sure I get all future prescriptions filled at this pharmacy!!!”
