“I love the Rumson Pharmacy. Not only did I work there when I was in high school, but three decades later, I am still going there only now as a customer. They're great for quick fills of prescriptions, cards and last minute items and gifts. They have everything! Every employee has always been helpful assisting me with finding the right gift or item on the shelves. “I went on google to get their complete contact info for my phone, and came across the reviews. For the most part, they are 180 degrees opposite of my experience. When I first received the machine, the rep that came to my door was obviously in a hurry, but still managed to convey most of the information. However, since then, I've been very impressed with their service. They've called me a few times to see how I was making out. When I advised that I had been having some soreness from my nasal mask, they quickly offered to get me another mask of my choice. When I did not get back to them with the new mask, they called me to follow up. They quickly sent a new mask. Unfortunately, it didn't fit. However, with only 1 phone call, a new mask is on the way. I rate their customer service as excellent. I've had no language issues, not been giving anything but the utmost respect and service. (I dealt with Suzanne today). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the fitting rep who came to my home seeming to be in a hurry.”
