“Ridgefield PD is one of the greatest police department in the USA... they care about their people... me and my wife were at work and had to send grandma with my 2 1/2 yrs daughter to pick my 5yrs son from school in an UBER ... and officer saw my daughter don’t have a car seat ???? which why he stop the Uber .. and after explain the Uber driver and to grandma the consequences of not having a car seat if an accident happen... he offered to bring my family home safe by him self in his patrol car ... this was outstanding for me to see how our police officers cares about our children’s and community... THANK YOU Ridgefield police department... it’s not the first time I see you guys making sure that our community is one of the safest places in nj .... THANK YOU I don’t know the officer name but you guys rock!! Salute! ????”

“I remember the night i got arrested fondly. I was on my phone outside of a liquor store when a cop asked me if i was doing alright, I was doing alright i almost started to cry because of his concern. He then asked me my name and i looked into his welcoming eyes and informed his of the name i possesed given to me by my parents. He then commended me to have a nice night and drove away... I felt empty and incomplete. About 30 long minutes passed and i was sitting and occupying my empty time with my phone when he pulled up again and told me i had a warrent. I WAS SHOOK. We stared at each other for a moment and i asked him if i needed to come with him he confirmed my hopes. Yes hopes. Then he used his soft but stern hand to put those cuff around me. I miss. That day and think about it often i wonder how hes doing. I love you greg ????”

“New Jersey State police for me are the best of the best . I live in PA and work in NYC. After my afternoon shift that finished at 1 am in the morning. Driving home. After leaving the 50 miles from NYC into NJ it was dark not a vehicle at all it seems like the walking dead the highway I said let me hit it so from 68 miles per hour I did 85. Then guess what? NJ State trooper was right there hiding in the dark. He pulled me over. He went with his procedure.( after my clean record) He was nice humble professional this was at 2:30 am he gave me a warning ticket. He could have make my life very very much difficult. Of course it was my fault. But he let me go. Thank you”
