“I had a great experience with the company from beginning to end. I requested an estimate via the website during the day, and received an email from Pete that night. I was so surprised at the quick response! Pete scheduled an appointment for the estimate at a convenient time; he was timely, professional, friendly and patient while explaining everything to me. Although I received estimates from three other companies, I decided to go with DJK because Pete was the only representative who recognized additional issues with my roof and gutters that needed to be addressed. I am sure his attention to detail in identifying and correcting the problems will prevent additional costs for me in the future. Pete also had someone from the company drop-off shingle color samples for me within a day or so.
