“I had a new roof/soffits/fascia/gutters/down spouts/gutter toppers put on my house in March/April 2018. From the start, Mark was courteous and professional from his first visit to inspect and write up a quote for me. He spent a good amount of time with me explaining options as I was handling this myself and I have no roof experience. I even called him (quite a few times) to discuss things with him and he always got back to me and helped me make decisions. It was determined that I needed to add two attic exhaust fans to help with the build up of heat/humidity in the attic along with the new roof. Once I decided on everything I wanted, Mark wrote up a quote for me and hand delivered it and went over everything on the quote. He kept in touch with me as I agreed to use him in November of 2017 but the weather was not cooperating. In the Spring of 2018 he called as soon as the last snowfall was done and said they would begin my project and let me know his crew would be delivering some of the items for the new roof. I wasn't home and was pleasantly surprised when I got home, they meticulously placed all the items in a very neat pile on the side of the driveway, not hurting my plants and leaving me more than enough room to get in my car in the garage. His crew were on time every morning and worked diligently and cleaned up every night before they left. They answered any questions I had and explained what was going on during the whole process. I ended up using a different company to put on the gutters/downspouts/gutter toppers only because the specific gutter toppers I wanted were only offered by this specific company. Mark was not put off when I asked him if it would be okay to have them do the gutters/downspouts because I knew they would have to pitch them in order for it all to work correctly. He just adjusted the pricing and we continued to move forward with the job. The roof/soffits/fascia look amazing and everything was done with skillful precision. I was so happy with Miraglia Contractors it's a shame I don't need more work done!! If you are considering getting a new roof or need roof repair or fans added, etc, please give Mark Miraglia a call. He and his crew will not disappoint. What a great business! The only problem you might have is getting on the work schedule, but it's worth the wait. ;-) Oh and his pricing is right on point.”

“I contacted Ralph (owner) of National Home Improvements in late September, desperate for a contractor for what became a major remodeling project. He was over-scheduled, but remember me and my predicament and contacted me when he could squeeze my project. He is truly the best construction professional I've ever worked with, and I have quite a history of being ripped off in this industry. His crews are remarkably competent and professional. Ralph is a man of impeccable integrity. He gives the best advice, regardless of his profit margin. He works with consumers to minimize costs without cutting corners. I have insufficient words to describe how much I recommend his company. I hope he can expand capacity because there are people lining up for his services. To sum up, I would feel completely comfortable leaving a blank check in my home and telling him to fill in the amount I owe him. He's that excellent and honest. You will not find a contractor with more integrity than Ralph. The remodel was more of a project than we expected (not Ralph's fault) but he is skilled in all aspects of house building and remodeling. The job he did for me was extensive. He took care of mold remediation, demolished and rebuilt crumbling walls and painted throughout. The work is impeccable.”

“Knowledgeable and Trustworthy I had a leak and mold on my ceiling. I called Andrew Ferrara at A- Top Roofing and Construction. Andrew examined the ceiling, attic and roof. He recommended calling our heating and air conditioning company because we have an ac/heating unit in the attic. They came and told us they fixed the problem. When we saw leaking again, we called Andy and told him we needed a new roof. He came and presented a proposal and right before we gave him a check, he looked at the problem again and found the cause of the leak!! Andy said we didn't need a new roof because the problem was an old pipe from a former humidifier!!! He has 32 years of experience and he is honest and trustworthy! I would highly recommend A- Top.”

“We used Blue Nail for our roof... John and his crew were not only a pleasure to work with but they were also extremely professional. We knew we needed a new roof but our active leaks sped up our decision. They came, took pictures of our roof and then created a digital video and explained to us what the process was going to be and what was going to be done. John got us on the schedule as soon as he could... Once they removed all the shingles we quickly learned our roof was worse than we thought and we needed to replace all the wood. They couldn’t get a plywood delivery and ended up shuttling sheets of plywood back and forth with their own trucks... Despite having to rip off the old 3 layers, replace most of the sheathing, put up with carpenter ants and 98 degree weather, it came our great!
