IF you miss it, you can go in thru White Castle and back track to Pizza place (end of strip mall). The storage place is right behind the strip mall. The office is behind the pizza place. The office is noticable once you pull into Dollar General, make left in parking lot and then you'll see it. The office is obvious once you pull into the parking lot. Its quite a large facility and looked very clean. No smells, nothing dented up, no garbage... I saw 2 Maintenance men on site, so thats good. I move in tomorrow 👍”

“Jso home is located in middle of building. There is no overnight parking, no bathrooms or drivers lounge. There is parking available at new Walmart which is around the corner. Customer opens at 9am closes at 530pm monday through Thursday and 3pm on Friday. They are directly across from linden city garage on Left hand side. Make sure customer is open before you come there is no turn around if gate is closed. There is a FINE for parking on street!!”

“I used my United Miles to get a very nice Apple product. The Mileage Plus Rewards website stated that the order would take 14 business. After reading some of the reviews here I was a little concerned that this number might be wrong. So, I had no expectations. I figured it would arrive when it arrived. After all, this is basically a free gift. All I did was travel. Granted, I was using up ten years worth a travel miles. But still, I was not expecting Amazon-Prime-level service. I didn't pay for the darned thing. My first pleasant surprise was that I received an email a little over a week after placing the order. It included a tracking number. The next pleasant surprise was that the item arrived a few days later. Total time from order to delivery? 14 total days. Perfect! Thanks, Brainstorm Logistics!”

Adam and his crew showed up right on time and did a fantastic job packing up and loading the furniture. We had a split delivery and also needed some items moved before furniture could be unloaded. “1st time was a bit stressful. Coming down hwy 1 south you can NOT turn left onto commerce blvd, 3lanes so stay in far right lane and as you approach the red-light for Aaron Rd they'll be a right turn exit just before the light. That's designed for ALL traffic that needs to get onto commerce to go back up and turn. There is a sign just prior to commerce with a exit for it just before the light also. My app was for Federation Dist/here. There is a right hand turn just prior to this building that's specifically for a certain business and there's a no truck and trailer sign, not sure what's up with that. Look for the blue sign with the names of the company you need and that'll tell you whether or not you turn or go straight. This place is straight ahead, they do flatbed and dryvan etc. Again once you pass the 3 signs you'll see the one with the check in number. It says Driver call # To check in. You pretty much stay in your truck if you're a dryvan”

“I worked one day and they called the temp saying that I gave the impression I was under the influence and that I took too many "breaks"!! If they suspected I was under the influence, then why let me work where there's dangerous equipment around. Also, I went to the bathroom twice in the whole 9 hours I was there. I did an excellent job! It's ashame they let me go!!! God will bless me with a great job! Thanks for the experience though! PS I gave 4 ⭐ because I actually enjoyed the work!!”

“It’s a nice place and everyone who works there is nice and really chill. Overall the facility is clean, aside from the occasional dying field mouse :( and only downside is the bathrooms aren’t unlocked so you have to find someone working there to open em for ya. The biggest issue w the company I have is how they handle pricing. I rented a unit in March 2022 and had the special deal of $1 for the first month and then $99 give or take a few for each month afterwards. I got an email the other day (end of July 2022) stating my rent is increasing by almost 40% in September 2022, 37.7% to be specific. I understand for new units the price would be higher, but for customers who’ve been on time w payments and use the facility without issue, this sorta rent hike is ridiculous. Just be careful please if you’re looking to rent. EDIT: They were nice enough to extend the rent I signed up for, for another 3 months. The staff are super nice at this location, and a lot more reasonable than corporate since I spoke to the district manager about this rent issue, and he claimed I he would reduce my rent. He never sent me a written documentation about it even though I explicitly asked for one multiple times, and the rent adjustment he claimed would happen for me never occurred. Thankfully, the staff at this location were much nicer and understanding. EDIT (Again): The staff are always nice, and super understanding normally. My unit required maintenance, which required me to move my stuff, but thankfully the staff are super understanding about it all and were extremely helpful. They made sure to get me an almost identical unit to the one I moved from, and the were always super communicative about it all, making the whole process a lot easier.”

“We moved from NJ to Texas this January. We used the Relo-Cube. GREAT price, and EXTREMELY EASY to work with!! In fact, one of the easiest and most courteous and helpful companies we have ever worked with! The cubes were dropped off on time by a very personable man who worked with us with suggestions for placement. Every time I called Customer Service for advice or with questions, they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! The units were handled with great care during transport, and NOTHING was broken, and there was no sign of having any seepage from rain or snow. What a great team U-Pack and ABF make! Thanks for being friendly, cooperative, and making a "would be" stressful move, so much easier! If the need arises, we will definitely use U PACK again in the future.”
