They called when they couldn't deliver the arrangement and then called again to see if they could schedule a good time for drop off. Then, after my arrangement could not be delivered again, which was a Friday, the manager stated that it's not a problem but would have to be delivered on Monday. The care and consideration for the customer was a 9/10. My experience was one that I will not forget, and to answer your question, YES, I will be ordering from the Hackensack location again. “Andrew and his team has installed glass shower doors and enclosures for two of my bathrooms. They did a great job with the installation. First they came over to take exact measurements and set expectations on how long it will take to fabricate the glass. Also gave us options for he handles and other hardware. The doors were ready in the time they promised. They came over for installation and were very efficient in installing the doors quickly. They ensured the edges were caulked all over. “I can’t say enough good things about Hidden Creek. just be ready to never be able to eat meat from the grocery store again. the quality speaks for itself, we have not had anything we were disappointed with. I personally am not a pork person - but still think their pork chops are amazing. their steak is unlike any other you’ve ever had - we go to steakhouses and are disappointed bc we could’ve had hidden creek at home that is 10x better. you could have never told me I’d enjoy a ‘lesser’ cut like NY strip. all their cuts of meat are delicious. and their chicken is 10/10. everytime I have their meat for a bbq or gathering everyone is asking where it came from. thank you hidden creek for being all around so amazing, and for changing my families lives where food is concerned 🫶🏻”
