“On Thursday 9/8 I went there to have a tire checked. They told me it was a nail and that it was patched. Tire kept losing air. I went in on 9/10 to get 4 new tires and when I told them what happened they responded very well. Chris and Darrick are top notch and very helpful. Chris made sure I knew my vehicle would not need the lifetime alignment and suggested the cheapest option which was refreshing. Darrick is a pleasure to deal with. I have not driven much on new tires yet but what I can say is that of I have a problem the guys at PepBoys will make it right. I will be taking my other vehicle there for brakes. Excellent service.”
