“Dave's sound repair is a complete hidden gem of a business. My understanding is that Dave primarily focuses on repairing sound equipment including guitar amps, etc. I have had minimal interactions with Dave but have found him very easy to deal with. In addition to Dave, Bill handles work on guitars and I have utilized Bill's services for professional setup of four of my guitars including two Fender Telecasters, a Rickenbacker 330, and a Gibson Les Paul. While these are all quality guitars on their own, after Bill worked on them, they played like entirely guitars and sounded and felt great. Bill really knows what he is doing with guitars and highly recommend his services. Anyone purchasing a new guitar should take it straight to Bill to be setup. Any issues throughout the life of a guitar whether it be repair or maintenance, Bill is the guy. I can't recommend this business highly enough.”

First I was greeted by Kathy . She was very attentive and had the patience to go over how insurance works. Then I dealt with the two young men who perform the initial exam. Very polite and professional. Then came the exam with the Dr. who was just so nice.. normally doctors want to get you out as quick as possible. Not him and subsequently we had a great conversation! There were a couple of tea sandwich options that I wasn’t a fan of so they let me get doubles of the others instead. The matcha was great. The service was fast and all of the treats were tasty. I loved the little robot server that went by the tables. The amount of snacks that come on the 3 tiered stand are surprisingly filling. Would definitely come back!”
