From the bridal bouqet, to the bridesmaid bouqet, to the boutonneires - everything was so fresh, detailed and beautiful. I had a vision for my custom cascading bridal bouquet, and Ishani helped bring it to life. I almost cried when I saw it in the morning. Apart from their quality of the product, their customer service is also amazing. They are always responsive and willing to chat with you regarding any of your concerns. There were a few time where I had to reach back out and add some additional floral items, and they were just so receptive and kind. “purchased 3 Fusion Escape 1019 Home Theater chairs in 2017 for my home theater. Chairs are very supportive and comfortable. I spend about 1500 hours a year in my theater. I now have 2 children who can no longer share a chair due to getting bigger, so I needed just one single chair to add to my theater. Roman let me pick up the new chair within 3 days. I mean who can do that during normal times let alone during a global pandemic. The chairs are amazing. Roman is even better.”
