A bad paint job can destroy The value of your home. Layers and layers of paint over painting on doors windows and moldings ages and ruins the look and value of your home. They did the finest job ever seen, The work was impeccable from prep to finish!!! The walls were all lightly sanded and lightly spackled we are needed, there is a lot of crown molding, raised panel doors, 11 Windows and a set of French doors they sounded every nook and cranny the paint job was so smooth; as for the walls and ceilings they came out absolutely perfect there was not one floor to be found ! The color was true and consistent due to their excellent prep work and extremely talented craftsmanship! As you read we take painting very seriously. This is our advice and opinion don’t go for the cheapest price are the low price because you will get what you pay for. If you want beauty and perfection these are your guys, for all the work the pricing was very very fair. They showed up the exact time every day and left the exact time every day, protected the floors from the entry door to the project rooms, they worked diligently with a very very short lunch break I think that’s the only time they sat down or stopped. Also there were no hidden fees or surprises we were charged exactly what the estimate quoted. If you want perfection these are your guys!!! Our only regret not hiring them sooner!!!”

I only removed one star because it was pretty difficult to get ahold of the over the phone. We ended up having to going in person, but once there everyone was nice. I think think it’s just an issue of workload which is not the employees fault at all.”

“It's too bad there are only five stars to rate this business because I would have given it 10! To start with I found a very hard to find part kit for my triumph motorcycle but they had two in stock. Chris patiently walked me through the components that I needed and confirmed that they had them and I placed the order. When the kit arrived unfortunately one piece was missing. This was not Cross-Country Cycle's fault it was the factory packing. When I contacted the parts specialist Felicia to tell her, she responded quickly and assured me she would get me the missing part ASAP. She kept me updated at every step and and followed through as promised. You will not find better customer service anywhere when you need help with or ordering parts for your motorcycle.”
