She got my bagel order wrong, toasted with cream cheese, I brought it back and she's insisting that she toasted it just not that much. It was a cold raw bagel. So then she says, I didn't know you wanted it toasted like burned. She makes my bagel but is now double toasting it. Please just admit you didn't toast it and say my apologies and move on. I didn't mind the mistake but the attitude was ridiculous. Sorry I hope you can hire a nicer person who is better at customer service. I am not a complainer but when I have to go through this to get a toasted bagel, I need to say something.”

I have rust along the bottom of my 2000 Jeep Cherokee and I had them go around the entire vehicle - not following standard paint lines, following unique lines around ever corner to prevent further rust damage. “Despite all the negative reviews I’d argue that this is one of the best Walgreens pharmacies I’ve ever been to, and with my medical history, that’s quite a lot. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, they explained to me everything I needed to know about the prescription and were super nice about it. The people that are coming to this pharmacy tend to be very rude themselves so it hurts seeing all these negative reviews whilst the staff is actually incredibly skilled and caring.
