You can tell that they understaffed at the moment but it happens across most of the industries. Yet, our lattes along with bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches came out great , delicious and just pretty. “I gotta give another shout-out for Fresh and Pretty Florist. The owner, Ms. Queeney King is phenomenally gifted as well as kind. I called her to place an order for two small bouquets of white roses. This is the first Father's Day with my dad and i wanted to get something special for my sisters. By the way, she did the flowers for his funeral services as well. Because of the holiday, she told she didn't have any available and referred me to another business so that I could have the flowers in time for Father's Day. How nice of her she did not have to do that at all. But that alone, made me all the more determined for her to complete my order. She said the flowers would be in on Monday and she would have my order ready after 12pm. Well, I picked up my order today - they are beautiful!! And exactly how I wanted them. I wish they had a Facebook page!! ❤️ I recommend this place to everyone!!”

“Very Good Customer Service - I ordered (online) a display case for a NHL Hockey Goalie Stick. I did not get my UPS confirmation from UPS and started to freak out about it not arriving before Christmas, as promised. I shot off an e-mail to the company at 6:30 pm, 2 days after I expected the tracking info, fully prepared to get the run-around. To my surprise - I received an e-mail response later that night confirming that my case had shipped and would arrive as promised. Crystal Caseworks forwarded me the tracking info the next morning and It did arrive on time and in perfect condition.
