Maria was my florist for my wedding but truly on the day of, she was my wedding coordinator, assistant, photographer, and so much more. She went above and beyond on my wedding day and over the many weeks leading up to it. She was so conscience of my budget and did everything she could to make sure I got what I wanted within that limit. I mean she completely nailed my vision and was so accommodating with my many changes and indecisiveness. There is really no one else like her and we definitely plan to use her again. She makes you feel so special and is amazing person inside and out. I would highly recommend her and Dustyrose Floral Designs as your florist for your events!”

“The office handled everything through email and text and was super smooth. I appreciate that because I could talk easier while I'm at work. The tech came out within a week (which was still good considering the 2 other companies by Sears gave me had a 2-3 week waiting time). They assessed my washer and diagnosed the issue and my unit was able to be replaced. The tech was really professional, quick and easy to work with, and they were the only company that could come out the soonest comparatively to others. Tom, the manager, is beyond accommodating and it’s always a blast to see friendly faces like Lauren when I get my sub. “Optimum delivered us an Extender 6 during Wi-Fi setup and that didn’t work with our type of modem. Customer service asked us to return at this location since this was close by our home. As you keep driving towards this place on a bumpy road, you start to wonder if you are on the right route. They have a deserted parking space that also caters to Optimum’s training center. The waiting didn’t take longer and when our turn came up, we walked towards one of the counters before being called. The customer service person at the counter sharply called out saying we were coming in out of turn, which we felt could have been little softer. The other person who attended to us quickly got the replacement sorted out and sent us our way.”
