Upon arrival Nicole reviewed the piece and immediately knew the type and availability of the 2 broken panes. And she even provided us with the likely history of the windows of which we were uncertain. Niclole delivered the repaired window within 2 weeks and it is looking good. I was in the market for a 4-watch watch winder for my Audemars Piguet pieces and these guys came up in Google search. I had a two-watch Volta watch winder and it was expensive($600). I recently bought another AP and needed a new watch-winder because my old watch winder only housed two pieces. I ordered the 4-watch watch winder from their website and was very pleased to learn that their wonders are extremely affordable and quality pieces. However, after my order was placed, a customer service rep reached out the very next day letting me know the model watch-winder that I had ordered was not available anymore, but he is willing to upgrade me from a 4-Watch to a 6-Watch watch winder in the same color and design for my troubles! First, not only did my order for a 4-watch watch winder was half of the cost to my old 2-watch Volta watch winder (so super affordable), and now they’re willing to upgrade my original ordered 4-watch to a new 6-watch unit?! Secondly, the quality to their watch winders are better than what Volta’s watch winders. Cheaper better products with excellent customer support? No brainer, this is the place to get your watch-winder 110%. When my watch collection grows into more than 6 pieces, I will for sure come back to this pace to get a 12-watch winder! 👍”

I was very impressed from the first moment I walked into this facility exhausted and unwilling to compromise on my high standard for what a storage facility should be providing for me. I was greeted by Preston who literally guided me to their seating area and sat down and fully listened to my journey that found me at their facility that afternoon. He complete heard me and found nothing wrong with what I was looking for in a facility and their management. He worked with me to find the perfect unit based on previous situations that had caused damage to my belongs. They very much actively walk the floors of the storage facility and check in everything. Christine literally called me as I was in the process of moving in and my storage unit was unlocked and called to tell so. I find that level of care outstanding! It is deeply appreciated as I travel a lot and trust that my belonging will be safe. Their Regional Manager is quite prompt in returning phone calls to address issues and actually resolve them. This facility hears me, meets my needs as if they were their own. They truly care about the residents of their facility! They are truly the best storage facility in the area after being with two other big corpse owned ones. A privately owned and managed facility is definitely the way to go with storage facilities for me! Much love and gratitude to the staff and management of this beautiful Randolph facility!”
