When I found a 2019 Hyundai Kona SEL online I decided to call the dealership to see if the car was available still and if I can test drive it. A gentleman named Nomaan helped me out through the whole process and set me up with a day to come see the car. Also because I was a few days out still to settling the dispute on my older car with my car insurance company, they were gracious enough to help me get the car still and gave me 2 weeks to be able to settle the money I needed for the down payment. All that to say that Nomaan and the guys down at Car Point Auto Group are top class and always try to work with you in any way they can possible. Great prices, great cars and great customer service! “I took my Mazda 6 for routine 12,000 mile maintenance. Pulled into Service area, was greeted warmly, instructed to go inside and see a service representative. She was very friendly and explained the cost involved. I had one issue and she addressed it right away. I sat in a very comfortable and clean waiting area. While I was waiting I received a text message from the technician working on my car. It was a VIDEO of him underneath my car showing me my car and talking to me about my car. I was like "Wow" this is incredible. He actually thanked me for allowing him to service my car! A short while later he called my name and brought me back to the same service representative who walked me to the cashier. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and my car was there waiting for me. What a wonderful experience. P.S. I also received text messages and emails reminding me of my appointment the day before.”

“This past weekend was my first visit to GSD, and I have to say I was impressed. As of my visit on 6/26/21 - customers are still not allowed inside, but the curbside services was fast, efficient and professional. When you arrive, you park in a numbered spot, then text the given number and provide your name, MM ID number, parking spot number and method of payment. If you're paying cash - you also include the amount you will pay so that they can provide exact change. This process worked flawlessly, and the person who brought my order to my car was professional and courteous. I don't quite understand the negative reviews here because my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend GSD for your medical needs. If there is ONE area where I believe they can improve - it is in their selection. While they have a decent selection, I'd like to see even more options in the future. As it is though - they pretty much have most conditions covered - but more variety would be nice. Bottom line - great service, and great experience.”
