She has a great eye for what will look good and really works with you to understand your style and taste to help you find the perfect blinds or shades. The store has an amazing selection; we wanted operable shades for an arch window and they were the only company locally that was able to provide that for us. This is how I originally found the store, but have continued to use the store for all my blinds/shades needs due to their excellent selection and great customer service. Lissa is not pushy at all and will totally work with you until you are completely satisfied. Beyond that, she is just such a nice woman and a pleasure to work with. Joe, the man who works with her to install the blinds/shades, is also so kind and wonderful. “Where do I start? I was having the absolute worst experience with my previous seamstress with my wedding gown. A week before I had to leave for my destination wedding, I called Susan in a panic. My wedding gown had literally been butchered. I had one week to find someone that could make me feel like a bride in my dress again. Susan, even though she was already spread thin with work, rearranged her schedule to help me. She repaired my dress, and it needed a lot of repairing. She literally went above and beyond to make sure I could wear my bridal gown. She is definitely an expert. She has all of the experience and schooling necessary to provide outstanding quality service and work. A million thank you's to Susan and her team. I am not sure what I would have done without you.”

“My wife and I took my mother to Michael's shop to see if a wig would be right for her. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. I had no idea what to expect as I've never experienced the process, but Michael and his team were beyond professional and made us feel like we were the only customers they have. They immediately brought out two wigs they felt would benefit my mom, and our first assumption was that they would be at the upper limit of her price range. In actuality, the wigs they chose to show her were about half the cost she told them she was willing to spend. They had no intention of up-selling for the sake of profit and made it clear that they wanted my mom to feel like herself when she looked in the mirror with the wig on. I was not particularly enthusiastic about going to a wig shop, but I am truly glad I did. I would recommend Michael and his team to anyone who requires a wig.”

“I ordered a bouquet of cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday from the photos I saw online. The cupcakes were gorgeous! People in the street were stopping me to ask where I got them. They looked like real flowers and were arranged exquisitely. But beyond how beautiful they were, they were also delicious. Everyone who had one asked were we got them so they can have them at their party! Kids were asking for seconds. Had I known they would be such a hit I would have gotten 2 dozen. Next time!!”
