After ordering a new sofa from Macy’s and then cancelling it when they told me the next day it was take 3 months to come in, which left us with no sofa while I was 8 months pregnant. We walked into Melrays and Tim took care of us right Away, he was helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic to our position. We ordered our sofa and again were told it would take about 2 months for all the prices to arrive, but they didn’t leave us hanging, the next day Tim sent us a “loaner sofa”! What big chain store would do that? It was an amazing and heartfelt touch! Thank you so much to the Melray’s family!”
