“Mason's Chimney Service is awesome! We have been living in our current home for 2 years and are finally getting around to having the chimney checked so we can use it this fall/winter. We contacted Mason's because many customers gave them a great review, plus they are local to us. When they got here and started checking things out, they said some things needed to be replaced. They are going to send an estimate for that work. When I asked how much they would be charging me today to come out, they said $0. I was amazed - they took the time to put down drop cloths and bring in some equipment. I felt as though they should be paid for their time, but they wouldn't accept any money today. They were also great with our dogs! I totally recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism!”

“Was told to try the main Ace store in Vineland for needed parts. Called to speak with the parts department. Gentleman was very helpful and patient with my lack of electrical knowledge. Described my issue and gentleman advised what I needed to do to find more information, that I could call back. Called back, got the same gentleman, he advised what I needed and confirmed they had a bunch in stock. I arrived after the weekend to receive quick service. Their system was flawless. Definitely recommend using their services again!”

Toni, Jessica Jennifer and Adam were so patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns Debbie managed to get someone out to look at our pool almost immediately although they were extremely busy this time if year , they had our pool up and running in plenty of time to celebrate my special needs sons graduation! Christian and his helpers stayed to get the job done and they were extreamly professional and kind , Christian took his time explaining how the filter and chemicals work and assured me if we had question he would be there to help.
