At first we had a little bit of a mishap in the detailing, but Mobile Marine came out to me the next day to get some of the issues resolved. We all make mistakes sometimes and Mobile Marine made sure to take care of theirs. It is unheard of now a days for companies to go out of there way to make sure the customer is satisfied with their service. The people at Mobile Marine were very polite and are always accommodating to fit your needs. I have to say I didn’t think my 97’ Four Winns would be shining the way it is without their detailing. Ivan helped us through the entire process and he couldn’t have been more professional and helpful (even though I was quite skeptical). It was clear he was an honest guy who cared about his customers. He gave an approximate delivery date and was on point. He made it a great experience. Delivery day was just as pleasant. A mover named Brandon gets off the truck and shakes my hand and introduces himself. He and his Team were incredibly nice and even listened to a couple of my Father’s stories that probably property boring but they stayed with it. I personally shop at Ethan Allen or Arhaus typically. Unfortunately their professionalism or courtesy even remotely compares to Ivan or Brandon. I was truly impressed at what a great experience they made it.”
