Sharon apologized several times even though I said it was no big deal and I could just go grab the items myself. Answered all our questions and made it very easy. The pricing was extremely reasonable. It was delivered exactly when they said and installed by a hard-working technician. We love the gas logs and how easy it is to use our fireplace. Hauling all of that wood back to the house is now a thing of the past.”
