“Was recommended this place by my friends though we all live in Philly. I received a prompt reply when I emailed with questions. They were friendly and informative when I called to make the appointment (and ask even more questions). & come the day of the appointment (honestly when I drove up I had my doubts) but it was better than I could have ever expected. Welcoming, accommodating, & thorough the day of the appointment. My cat had to have multiple teeth removed. They quoted me over $1000 less than the local vets, had her records transferred over themselves, carried her in his arms to the back room ( which was comforting for me to feel like she was cared for before surgery), they worked with my work schedule, & sent me packing with a bag of thorough notes, medicines, & their number marked everywhere should I have any questions and concerns. I couldn't have felt more comfortable. This is my new vet office. No doubt. Thank you guys so much for your care! If you're waiting around for your furry friend forawhile, I highly recommend driving right down the road to harvest coffee and picking up a freaking delicious cup of fair trade coffee and relaxing for a bit. Is more calming than waiting in office If you have procedure anxiety like me although there are 2 beautiful cats there to keep you company.”
