“The Animal Hospital and its staff have set the GOLD STANDARD for care of our animals. I've been beyond thrilled with all of our experiences here over the last seven years that we've been clients. We've been bringing all six of our animals (three dogs, three cats) here, and Dr Tokiwa (Dr T!) and his staff have always taken the time and care to thoroughly understand our animals and their needs. They have not stopped at their first diagnosis, but have gone on to make sure that they were able to recommend the very best treatment possible. Dr. T saved the life of my favorite girl-dog with a very tricky surgery. He has been compassionate when we decided, for behavioral reasons, that our three-year-old stray needed to be euthanized (such a painful decision that it changed the course of my life), and all the staff have taken the time to make my big 86lb goofy dog feel comfortable about getting a needle stuck into him (he howls like a teenager). Our cats have had their own set of unusual diagnoses, and never once did I feel the need to second-guess the advice that I was getting from them. Oh, and last but by no means least, the vet techs have been awesome in the quality of care and questioning that they give. Guys, keep on doing what you're doing because it's awesome! You're worth every penny. I'm only sorry that we're moving house to Connecticut next week and I'm going to lose you all.”

“Dr. Pearson is absolutely fabulous. My wife and I have been taking our cat to County Vet for the last ten years, ever since we adopted him, and have had nothing but a good experience there. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable, and the doctors are some of the best around. They helped us when Shakespeare was very sick a few years ago and ended up needed to stay over for several days, and were extremely understanding of our schedules to get him back in for his checkups. If you're in the South Brunswick/Princeton area, and need a Vet, County Veterinary Hospital is the only one to choose!”

“I lost my dog, Reese a few weeks ago. He collapsed in the middle of the night and I had to rush him somewhere. Alliance was only 10 minutes from me. When I arrived, I went in and the technician came right outside with a blanket to get Reese safely inside. I was so upset, but so at ease that he was being handled with such care! They took him right in the back to evaluate what was happening. They spent time with me, explaining what was going on with Reese. SADLY, I had to say goodbye to Reese which has been so hard. However, the delicate manner in which Dr. Holland and staff handled everything helped with the entire situation I found myself in. They were full of compassion, patience and care. They treated Reese as if he was their own! I appreciate them so much for helping us through a very difficult time. In addition, they gave me a beautiful box with his paw prints, locks of his hair and a beautiful card. Please consider Alliance Emergency if you find your fur babies in a crisis. They definitely handle with care!”

“They saw my ailing cat very promptly and performed diagnostic tests, provided a diagnosis and medication. I had to go to work, so my ex-husband took the cat, and the doctor called me and talked me through everything to make sure that I understood the testing options and treatment protocol. They called me with the test results and then called back a few days after that to make sure my kitty was on the mend. It wasn't inexpensive, but the care and attention were worth an extra few dollars. Thank you!”

“True artist at her craft!!! I first went to see her in 2012 to get my male pit bulls ears cropped and went back 10/18 to get my female puppies ears done. I drive over two hours to see her (one way)! She is an EXPERT in what she does! Other reviews have mentioned the doctor not being super friendly. I myself did not have the best introduction the first time I came to see her. However she is the best vet for ear cropping by far!! Just give her a chance and remember do you want the friendliest vet or the most skilled vet? She is a perfectionist and it shows in her work!!! I would not go anywhere else for ear cropping. I get compliments on my dog every time I take him out. Can't wait to see how my female will grow into her new cropped ears. I can not say enough about her skill level! You will NOT be disappointed!”

“They saved my Niko's life. My puppy had a ruptured gallbladder -- 3 Vets in NY, VERG in Brooklyn, ASPCA In NYC (they are terrible) and Blue Pearl told me to euthanize him -- that his stomach was septic -- he needed emergency surgery but he would probably die even with the surgery. GSVS took Niko in -- did the surgery -- no dramatics about "he is not going to make it anyway" -- he had the surgery -- at the same time they checked his liver which was destroyed by a hack, Dr. Macina At Animal Medical Center in NYC for giving my dog paxil for seasonal allergies (STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT YOU DOG TO BE WELL) . They took my dog off all the unnecessary meds given by VERG for his liver which has recovered and today, 2-3 months later he is acting like a happy, active puppy. I cannot say enough -- the drive is worth it -- I LOVE THIS HOSPITAL.”
