“I strongly recommend Valarie Tart-Williams for your real estate needs. Valarie was referred to us when we were ready to purchase our condominium. I first spoke with Valarie on July 6, 2021 and immediately was confident in her real estate expertise. She was knowledgeable, asked questions and really listened to what our ideal home should be. By July 21 2021, we had an offer submitted with a targeted close date of August 31, 2021. Valarie provided recommendations for our mortgage, attorney and inspection. “I called this establishment and I was able to sell 2 cars that were no longer any good. The owner gave me a price over the phone and the money was given to me, along with a receipt, when my cars got picked up. The pick up was free and everything happened relatively fast which was a plus for me. The owner called me throughout the day to inform me when the tow company would arrive and even called me afterwards to ensure that everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place if anyone wants to sell their car for cash!”

“Over the years I've gone through dentists like Elizabeth Taylor went through husbands. Some were quite capable, others not so much; but Dr. John James is the only one I would call outstanding. His work is consistently fine; I've never had to call because a tooth he worked on is acting up (in almost 10 years). My teeth have presented him with some unusual issues which he has handled well. There have been a couple of procedures that he referred me elsewhere along the way. I appreciate that he didn't bite off more than he could chew (pun intended). In addition he is the first dentist I can remember that didn't seem to be in a hurry to get to his next patient. Finally he has a good sense of humor which shows up when he explains matters in non-technical language. His dental assisstant, Ellen, is quite conscientious and good natured, as are Maritza, Joan and the rest of the staff. I've not had to avail myself of the services of Dr. Brazel or Dr. Zunger, but my impression is that everyone aims high and consistently delivers excellent service. Their facilities are modern and immaculate as well.”
