“Cafo is not only a European master tradesmen, he is a Gentleman Tradesmen. Yes, I just made that up. My experience with C.A.D. Roofing has been the best I have ever had, to date, with a member of the trades. As a woman with a background in building science, far too many of my experiences with tradespeople that are men have been assuming my ignorance, being condescended to, being cut off and spoken over, and, sadly, receiving estimates from those that I have learned should not be in construction at all due to their lack of knowledge and often combined with an ingrained work culture to just get it done fast, instead of get it done right. Cafo is different. He was on time to the estimate, he was highly respectful, he was friendly, he was knowledgeable, he listened to me and even apologized for accidently cutting me off at one point, and it is highly apparent that he truly loves what he does. While he had an employee accompany him, HE climbed my roof himself to inspect and came back to me with an honest assessment and quote on the spot. Since I had already received quotes from other roofers and experienced their - less than desirable - service, I knew I had found who I was looking for to care for my hundred year old gorgeous slate roof that I was blessed to finally find in my new home. He got the job. They were on time to the job, they did excellent work, they cleaned up, he even came down to tell me he noticed there was a minor issue with the flashing on our chimney that he had not noticed and so he replaced it all with brand new flashing FOR FREE. I am confident that anyone learning under him is getting the knowledge needed to do quality work in a country where that is few and far between these days. One day he will need to retire, much earned and deserved, and I will hire anyone he decides is the person to take his place.”

“Today I brought my car to M&M Auto for an appointment and they were very, very busy. Cars and trucks parked everywhere and lots of keys on the desk for cars awaiting service. When I came in I was greeted courteously and my appointment time was honored. I am a senior and I could see they were busy but I took the chance and asked if it would be possible to look under the front seats, when they serviced the car, because I thought I had dropped my gas card and I could not get down there to check for it. I was assured that would be done. A few minutes later the gentleman came to me and handed me the card. I looked up and the car was still in the parking lot. He had taken the trouble to go out and look for it. Talk about gracious service. Thanks so much. They are my choice for my care care !”

“My husband and I both went to El Primer Paso when we were little. I remember loving it back then and 30+ years later my little one is loving it too! I can't recommend this (full day!) preschool enough. My son is learning and playing and socializing with kids his age, in a safe, fun environment. It's home away from home. Mrs Ramirez is wonderful and so good with the kids (as is all the staff). I also love that the app allows for quick communication and updates. At El Primer Paso I feel confident that my child is in great hands. Highly recommend!”
