“Don't let the outside appearance of this restaurant deter you from visiting. The inside is actually pretty nice. The service is great and the food is delicious. I prefer my dishes on the spicier side and had to make it clear that I want the 'real' authentic level of spicy...that tongue numbing spice. My favorite dish from there so far is the mapo tofu, that was awesome and I can't resist the sesame balls. The vegetable salad is really good too. It's seasoned with the chili oil, has carrots and seaweed and a few other veggies. The Szechuan style dishes are very different from the typical corner Chinese stores. I don't really see too many in my area of the state, so I make it a point to visit them when I can because the food just had a whole different taste to it.”

“I have been a patient of New Jersey Spine Institute for several years and have received excellent care from Dr. Dwyer. Dr. James Dwyer is a wonderful caring man, he not only shows great compassion, he treats you with dignity and respect. I recently had an emergency back situation, where I was in excruciating pain. My daughter called his office and his staff showed such care and understanding and I had an appointment immediately. Dr. Dwyer quickly took care of my pain, and it resulted in back surgery which he performed with the utmost care and excellence. He made himself available at all times to my daughter who was taking care of me. I had to have physical therapy and even my therapist was impressed by how quickly he took care of me. I also must mention that I have never dealt with a more caring or professional office staff, they took care of referrals and handling all the details of follow ups which can be quite overwhelming especially when you are in great pain. I cannot praise Dr. Dwyer and his staff enough, they are the BEST!!!!!”

“We went to Brielle Cyclery Kids on a Friday morning to look at new bikes for my 8 year old son. I had done some research beforehand and had some ideas in what we would look at. The manager (I think, but i did not get her name) was extremely helpful and listened to me and my son and asked questions about how he likes to ride and what he's looking for. She did a great job advising us to look at bikes a little bigger than what i was originally thinking. She wanted to make sure the new bike lasted him 3 years or so before he outgrows it and needs another new one. He looked at several individual bikes and rode 2 different bikes. The one we settled on was in stock, but had not been built yet. We gave our information and she told me they would build the bike, have it tuned up and ready and then text me when ready for pick up. We picked it up Friday afternoon, and my son has been riding his bike all weekend. He keeps asking to take another spin. Great experience and we'll be back when my other son is ready for his next bike.”

“I been struggling with nagging back pain for over 3 years, and was unable to find answers/relief. Decided to give Par5 PT a try for the initial evaluation just to see if it had something different to offer. Within the first 10 minutes of our first session, Dr Paul was able to pinpoint where the pain was (which was tough for me to locate exactly), and offered tangible reasons for why this pain was occurring. I was also shocked at how inflexible I was during the evaluation. After the initial session, I ended up buying a 10-pack of sessions with high hopes of recovery. The first few sessions focused on stimulation of the affected muscles, in hopes of freeing them up to relieve the pain and stiffness. My pain decreased dramatically, and we transitioned to more of a flexibility and strengthening program for my back and core muscles. Before I started working with Dr Paul, the pain after a round of golf would consume the rest of my day, and sometimes carry over into the next day. Now, 8 sessions in, I can say that my pain is negligible after a round of golf or working out. In addition to my weekly exercise plan, Dr Paul provided me with pre and post-round exercises, which have greatly helped me in my preparation and recovery. I thoroughly enjoy learning from and working with Dr Paul. I would (and have) recommend Par5 PT to anyone struggling with pain, or looking for a strengthening/flexibility plan.”

“Went here for dinner last night,it's a bring your own and were very pleased. There was a long wait to be seated but it was well worth it. I had the special, a birria quesadilla. It was great but the menu said cheese and it had no cheese on it. Also said it came with a bowl of consume, and I didn't get the consume. No big deal was still excellent. Service was great even with the place packed wall to wall. My constituents had a chimichanga meal and chicken enchilada meal, both very good. The queso fundido was excellent with big chunks of chorizo. Tres Leche and churros for desert were excellent! We will be back here again.”
