Now the newest technology is available to the general public . Starting with your Body Composition Analysis you will see a statistical analysis of your body strengths and weaknesses. There is a VO2 max test on a treadmill with a heart monitor and a breathing mask that will collect data to be analyzed. I had heart surgery, gone through cardiac rehab, and was hoping to increase my activities and improve fitness. After my data was collected, Jeremy went over the numbers, discussed long term goals, and designed the interval training in the heart rate zones for me to see measurable improvement over the next few months. He also designed training with bands and weights to improve strength in the areas that the data showed muscle weaknesses. Two disgruntled customers were on edge because of their wait times with their online orders and all employees and the GM handled it very well. People are incredibly impatient, rude and don’t understand how some things work. Yes they could use another hand but it’s tough to find anyone to work. Kudos to the three workers there on 3-9-2023.”

“I ordered takeaway from Acai Creation because I was excited to see a new smoothie bowl spot on my commute to school. The smoothie bowl was absolutely delicious, hands down the best spot. Most places will overload on the cheapest item in the bowl to take up the most space. But they really give you a fair portion of everything so it tastes great. I only got one of their juices and it tasted really good, everything tastes really natural and not overly sugary which is another thing I liked. The lady working there when I picked up my order was really nice too!~ Anyways, highly recommend this place :)))”

Stephanie (the owner ) did my spray tan and I’ve definitely already become addicted to them. It was my first time getting sprayed. Stephanie made me laugh and comfortable the entire time!
