“I recently moved to Edison from Freehold and am familiar with chiropractic treatment and found a "GEM" with Hudak Chiropractic Center. I was dealing with neck and trap pain but finally went in to see Dr. Joe because I dislocated my knee and needed it adjusted asap. Dr. Joe took the time to get to know me and how my ailments were limiting things I wanted to be able to do. We went through the nerve screening, x-rays and exam. On my next visit Dr. Joe explained why I was having pain going over the results of the x-rays and nerve scan. He had a few action plans laid out and gave me the option to opt into what fit best for my schedule, lifestyle and financially, which I appreciated showing he wasn't all about the $$ but genuinely cared about getting me too better health. We set out for a 3 month program broken up in 3 phases progressing into maintainable results. Im one month in and already feel the difference. Hudak Chiropractic gives off family vibes with people that care about your well being. When I was still new I noticed the staff knew folks by name not just appointment and vice verse. Shootout to my new friends in the front office Mirta and Jasmine. These ladies are the best and see to it you are comfortable and have what you need. If your looking for folks that care about making you well, give off those family vibes and are a bunch of fun to be around. I highly recommend Dr. Joe and the crew. You can't miss them on Amboy Ave... They have the only building with the vertebrae out front. Side note: if you catch them before the end of Sept. 2022 tell them you read this review and use the promo I left for you in the pics section. Don't forget to take advantage of the Alkaline water, fresh coffee and don't be alarmed by the sports fish mantle decor, Dr. Joe is also a legit fisherman.. “Food is reasonably good, service is prompt. The main issue is the restaurant severs a few 'sizzling' dishes that really smoked up the dining room. They need better ventilation if they are going to do that. There were two or three served while we were having dinner and you the smoke became fairly thick at a few points. When I got home I could still smell that smokiness in my clothes.”

“It’s like a Stewart’s and Five Guys combined but better. Old school , tradition , simple. Burgers, dogs, fries and shakes. No frills, just good classic food. Juicy big burgers, great hotdogs. Onion rings were super delicious and fried super crispy. You can have unlimited toppings on your burger and the “Rocco Sauce” was professional and it goes on everything whatever the secret to the sauce is it works well. the burgers came with a side cup of coleslaw and a few pickles. Cole slaw was a little sweet for my taste. I’m a stickler for a good sour slaw but that’s just my personal preference. Recommend the Rocco dog , Rocco burger and the Onion rings. Chicken tenders were generic chicken tenders, fries were a little too crispy and on the smaller side for me. I will be back to try some other things.”

I'm very picky about everything, but he worked with me on the three suits, shirt, pant, ties that I purchased. I'm attending an Indian bridal party. He spent about an hour with me while tested three different suits. Anyone who gave them a bad review was most likely many years ago. I believe they have changed ownership since. “Came here for a quick bite. The woman at the counter was very polite during order taking and for random things I needed after. I ordered a spicy chicken shawarma with garlic, fries, and a lamb gyro to go, all of which came fairly quickly after ordering. Fries were crispy and rippled, which is great, but I was hoping they'd be seasoned or atleast salted, which they were not. As for the shawarma, it had great flavor from first bite on. I believe most of the flavor was in the sauce, however, while I'd prefer if the chicken itself was more flavorful. It was pretty tasty all together however. Also, I'll mention that the portion size of the shawarma was a bit on the smaller than I've typically seen (in girth), but it was enough for me with the fries. I had the lamb gyro for dinner, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. I initially heated it up in the toaster oven but that wasn't warm enough, so my impatience led me to the microwave. This was likely part of the issue - some of the lamb was chewy. However, the flavors were significantly lacking, which I doubt was caused by heating it up. I ended up having to add some salt and garlic power to make it taste ok atleast, but it was still nowhere near as good as the chicken shawarma. In short, I'd certainly go back to try more dishes if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Also, based on the chicken, I'm giving then the benefit of the doubt that the lamb gyro was either my fault (reheating) and/or a one-time fluke.”
