“I was looking for a small business owner to clean our carpet in our family room. My carpet is 6 yrs old, and we had never used a carpet cleaning service before. I spoke with the owner John after leaving a message. He was prompt following up with my call and noted to me he had a cancelation, and I was able to book them rather quickly. Greg came and did a great job on my beige carpets. He even removed a stain (honey embedded in the carpet) that we were unsuccessful removing ourselves. My overall experience was very pleasant. Greg gave a lot of tips to quicken the drying process. Will definitely use them again in the future.”

At the time of this review we are still feeling the effects of COVID-19 from supply shortages the high material prices. Jerry went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed and some things I didn't even know I needed to properly prep for the transition to a house that runs on batteries. They banged a big job out in 2 days and made the process very easy for me. I also didn't get price gouged. My first quote was outrageous and some other company was about to take advantage of my situation. My plumber recommended me to this company and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. I will be using them from here on out”

“I took my Nissan Rogue to Ken's after a deer creamed my front corner panel. From the start, everyone was polite and upfront about pricing and estimating how long the repair would take. I've heard stories about supply chain delays and labor shortages. They likely turned what would have been a one to two-week job into a four-week job. I was prepared for the extra waiting time. I got my car back this morning and so far I'm pleased with the results. On the plus side, Ken and his staff were very accommodating. They gave me a ride back home when I dropped off and brought my car to me when the repair was done. On the minus side, my car's interior smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and there may well have been an extra few miles on the odometer. The bottom line for me...the job of repairing my car's damage was done well. The other stuff is the difference between a four-star and a five-star rating.”

“Tried Blu Crete for the first time for dinner tonight and it was excellent! We had the escargot and it was tender and tasty. Also had the Organic Chicken with Risotto and Tagliatelle Bolognese. Dinner was served with a Foccacia type bread and fresh marinara sauce which was so fresh. Portions were ample and everything tasted delicious. Service was great and the owner took the time to sit with us to discuss his new business venture. Considering it was only the THIRD night ithey were open, they did a great job! We have missed Veneto's and are glad to have a new restaurant in the Hills. Definitely recommend Blu Crete!”
