“I contacted Comfort Keepers to care for my sister who has Alzheimer’s disease. After an assessment by one of their nurses, a client coordinator was assigned. Angela, our coordinator, was wonderful. She responded quickly to finding the perfect caretaker and also supplied additional caretakers when I needed them. Teresa, my sister‘s main caretaker, set up a daily routine which included helping her in the shower and dressing. She prepared her meals and took her out every day. She also kept the house spotless. My sister loved her. When I needed assistance with my sister‘s insurance company, Jaclyn, Who handles their billing, was quick to help me resolve my issues. In short, the entire staff is excellent. They are available 24/7, Always courteous and respond to needs timely. My sister’s needs have changed and I’ve had to make alternate plans. However, should I ever need them again I would not hesitate to contact Them.”
