“I started with her online after my other piano teacher had to shut down her lessons due to the COVID quarantine. I was a little hesitant about the online lessons, but found that I enjoy them just as much if not more than in person lessons. She has a beautiful flowing system that prevents technical difficulties and the lessons were became more flexible with my busy schedule, as I am still a student. Rose teaches more than just the notes and symbols in the music, and takes time to teach about the composer or the history of the music which helps to understand and play the music to a better extent. I have found myself having grown tremendously over the 2 years I’ve been with her. Each lesson is fun, exciting, and one of the best parts of my week.”

When you call you have a direct line to the owner, Nick. He answers messages and texts in a timely manner. He explains everything and keeps you informed along the way. We were approved per insurance for a full replacement. Working with him was easy and I can't believe how fast we got a new roof. We had our shed roof replaced as well. “After our 15 yr old water heating began leaking, I needed to find someone to replace the unit. Checked a few big box stores first but didn't feel comfortable with their level of expertise or their availability. I called John at Cross County on a Friday afternoon around 3 pm and explained the situation. He said they could have someone come by for an estimate in the next 15-20 min. Unfortunately, I wasn't home at the time so he said he would check if a crew would be available for the next day. He called me back within 30 min and scheduled me for the next morning. Anthony and Lupe showed up exactly within their 1 hour window the next day. They were both professional, friendly, and courteous. After the job was done, they took the time to go over the unit with my wife and I and answered any questions we had. Their pricing was not the lowest quote I had but I am willing to pay a little extra for quality work and service. I find that it can be difficult to even get a call back or people to show up on time(if at all).”
