Food was great- would be 5 star if I got a greeting and/or thank you. Plus, the counter person would have gotten a $5 cash tip. Summer transient season is OVER! Be nice to your local customers!”

When my size was not available, she never said those words, but instead advised me of two locations that the blazer was readily available. I could not believe the level of service I received from her. So much so, that I called Nachele once back in my car to share with her how amazing she was and to ask what was her title. “I will definitely continue to use this facility for my laundry needs. It is always clean and all the machines work!! I don't have to dry my clothes 2-3 times like I do at other facilities. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. There is a laundry facility right across the street from my apartment, but I choose to get in my car and drive over to A&Q Laundry Room. I pass at least 2 other laundry facilities, and i've tried them, they don't compare to this place!”
