“Doctors and staff are very nice and patient. We had a good experience with the exam, getting glasses, and learning how to put in contact’s. I only removed one star because it was pretty difficult to get ahold of the over the phone. We ended up having to going in person, but once there everyone was nice. I think think it’s just an issue of workload which is not the employees fault at all.”

I contacted their office just as as they had started their day and was given the opportunity to see Dr. Parisi within two hours. Their office is clean and inviting, the front desk personnel (Maritza and Christine) are efficient. His technician Marla was so caring and helpful. Dr. Parisi has a kind and patient bedside manner. My husband who is a colorectal surgeon recommended Dr Sedarat for my first colonoscopy at the age of 40, due to family history of colon cancer. “It's too bad there are only five stars to rate this business because I would have given it 10! To start with I found a very hard to find part kit for my triumph motorcycle but they had two in stock. Chris patiently walked me through the components that I needed and confirmed that they had them and I placed the order. When the kit arrived unfortunately one piece was missing. This was not Cross-Country Cycle's fault it was the factory packing. When I contacted the parts specialist Felicia to tell her, she responded quickly and assured me she would get me the missing part ASAP. She kept me updated at every step and and followed through as promised. You will not find better customer service anywhere when you need help with or ordering parts for your motorcycle.”
