Excellent job management done by Jon Weller , a caring,,fair ,human being, thumb up for Melissa ,doing good job in handling request. My biggest complaints would be maintenance area , need to improve drastically , there is not a strong team than can do decision making, on fixing a Problem requests all start and end in just 1 person, who usually have not the tool needed. And a simply fixing can take more or 3 days interrupting the job in the apartment because needed to finish another job.”
