She got my bagel order wrong, toasted with cream cheese, I brought it back and she's insisting that she toasted it just not that much. It was a cold raw bagel. So then she says, I didn't know you wanted it toasted like burned. She makes my bagel but is now double toasting it. Please just admit you didn't toast it and say my apologies and move on. I didn't mind the mistake but the attitude was ridiculous. Sorry I hope you can hire a nicer person who is better at customer service. I am not a complainer but when I have to go through this to get a toasted bagel, I need to say something.”
