(July 23, 2020, 12:15 pm)Dr. Chiu is pleasant and professional. I believe that he is a good Dr. and am pleased to be his patient. The receptionist and scheduler however are very impersonal and seem to be bothered by patients. Four stars for Dr. Chiu, 2 stars for the clerical staff.

(May 24, 2020, 4:21 pm)Easy access to the medical bldg. as I am disabled. Check in was swift. Appreciated the steps to ensure health safety from COVID-19. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Chiu was diligent in answering any and all questions I had. I was very impressed with his skills. Definitely will return for the next routine exam. TY Dr. Chiu :)
