(October 18, 2018, 11:31 am)I had a very nice LED desk lamp stop working after several years. They took the time to find my receipt. I wanted to buy the part to fix the lamp. The took the extra time to determine that it was under warranty and I have a new lamp. You can probably tell by now that this is a good outfit.

I received a computer generated drawing of what the items would look like and an invoice that was way below my budget. Jason has a great customer service persona which is duplicated from the receptionist to Chris and James the delivery men. I am very happy with my new home office.
