I have been very satisfied with my patient experience in this office with Dr. Castro. Also, I had a five star experience on Thanksgiving Day when I had a severe case of gout, requiring an emergency prescription. I left a message with the call service and within 15 minutes the on- call doctor, Dr. Romero, had contacted me and issued the prescription order to the pharmacy.

This is a BALANCED review. You see a lot of impassioned reviews for doctors offices in general and it can be difficult to figure out who's good and who's not. Here is the review for the moderate person seeking the truth. There are several doctors who work at this practice and generalizations can't be made about the whole practice when you've only seen one doc there. I've seen Dr. Kundeling. He is as good as it gets! Above all he is kind and I can tell that he sincerely wants me to understand my condition and will answer any questions that come up. He is very knowledgable and honest. He provides solid information and is forthcoming in answering questions. High quality provider!!

The administrative staff can be a mixed bag. I've interacted with some great staff and some who are so-so. No one has been rude to me at any point, some staff just don't go out of their way to be chatty, which is fine with me. I'm not there for a social call, it's a medical appointment after all! I have never had issues with my insurance or co-pays so never any pre or post appointment headaches in that respect. Lab orders are mailed to my house, which is super convenient.

The office is always clean and well kept which is welcoming. Office is located in an easily accessible area of the city, easy to find. At the end of the day I am grateful for the quality care of Dr. Kundeling and glad I don't have any trouble on the business side of things either. 4 stars from this patient!

I have taken my grandmother several times to see Dr. Banerjee. It is refreshing to see such a compassionate caring Doctor. He has excellent bedside manner. He genuinely cares about his patients well being. He personally called to check up on her. He explained things thoroughly. He had good communication with her primary care physician. His support staff is excellent. They not only take very good care of their patient, they also take care of their companion.
